Overview
The purpose of this internship is to provide real-world experience that enables the intern to put everything he/she learned into action. An internship can help the candidate gain skills that can be applied to future jobs. The intern will have the chance to learn valuable work skills and gain useful HR experience through the assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develops and circulates HR documentation, meetings, and weekly communications.
- Ensures proper updated database and personnel filing for employees.
- Supports tracking and reporting in HR core processes.
- Maintains track records of HR documentation and work instructions.
Experience you'll bring:
- Fresh graduate (0-1 years of experience in a similar field).
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Fluent English (written, spoken, read), any Italian.
Behaviors you'll need:
- Strong Interpersonal/Communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, good analytical skills.
- Flexible and able to work within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Team Player.
