HR Data Management Specialist with Italian Language Expertise

We're looking for a talented HR Data Management Specialist with Italian language expertise to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will act as an HR guide for Alcon associates and managers across countries and languages. This role will involve assisting associates with all HR employee life cycle events, including clarification of Alcon policies and procedures, HR administration, payroll inquiries, system navigational support, and more. The candidate will process HR lifecycle changes regarding employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data changes, onboarding, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as an HR guide for Alcon associates and managers across countries and languages
  • Assisting associates with all HR employee life cycle events, including clarification of Alcon policies and procedures
  • Processing HR lifecycle changes regarding employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data changes, onboarding, and other related tasks
  • Providing system navigational support and assistance with payroll inquiries
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Italian languages
  • Good understanding of HR operations and basic knowledge of multiple labor legislation systems
  • Experience in using Service Center technologies, such as ticket management, knowledge management, chat, email, document management, and more
  • Strong collaborative partnership skills to ensure effective resolution of inquiries
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines
  • Self-starter with a proactive and inquisitive nature who can anticipate and pre-empt problems
  • Able to define problems, present options, and proactively propose solutions that may help to prevent problems in the future
  • Planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Can be trusted to maintain confidential information
