HR Operations Specialist with Italian Language Support

At PL18 Alcon Polska Sp. z o.o. Company, we strive to be a leader in eye care. We innovate boldly, champion progress, and act with speed. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist with Italian Language Support.

This role will involve acting as an HR guide for associates and managers across countries and languages. You will assist with all HR employee life cycle events, including clarification of company policies and procedures, HR administration, payroll inquiries, and system navigational support. You will also process HR lifecycle changes regarding employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data changes, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing HR lifecycle changes
  • Ensuring team documentation is up-to-date
  • Supporting the preparation and implementation of People policies, procedures, handbooks, and guidelines
  • Executing high-quality and accurate service to associates in adherence with Service Center service levels (SLAs), key process, and operational metrics (KPIs)

We are looking for a self-starter with a proactive and inquisitive nature who can anticipate and pre-empt problems. You will work independently with minimum guidelines and supervision, and be able to define problems, present options, and propose solutions. You will also have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.

Requirements include:

  • Good understanding of HR operations and basic knowledge of multiple labor legislation systems
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Experience in using Service Center technologies (e.g. ticket management, knowledge management, chat, email, document management, etc.)
  • Strong collaborative partnership skills to ensure the effective resolution of inquiries
