We are looking for a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist with Italian Language Support to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality HR services to our associates and managers across countries and languages.
This role will involve acting as an HR guide for Alcon associates and managers, providing support with HR employee life cycle events, including clarification of Alcon policies and procedures, HR administration, payroll inquiries, system navigational support, and more.
You will be responsible for processing HR lifecycle changes, maintaining follow-up until closure of the request, and ensuring the effective resolution of inquiries.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of HR operations, basic knowledge of multiple labor legislation systems, fluency in English and Italian, and experience in using Service Center technologies.
You will also need to have strong collaborative partnership skills, the ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines, and a self-starter mindset with a proactive and inquisitive nature.
The successful candidate will be able to define problems, present options, and proactively propose solutions that may help to prevent problems in the future. They will also have planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities and be able to maintain confidential information.
