The Records and Information Technician 3 plays a crucial role in efficiently managing Westinghouse business records, ensuring the quality and accessibility of information for project participants and functional departments.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Input, review, and verify information entered in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to ensure completeness and correctness. Identify necessary actions to correct any incorrect data before archiving via EDMS.
  2. Verify entries already submitted are correct and complete, taking necessary action to correct any incorrect data already archived.
  3. Locate and retrieve information from various sources and provide it to requestors in the correct format.
  4. Convert electronic document formats into the appropriate Westinghouse format for permanent long-term storage and retrieval per procedure.
  5. Proactively identify problems, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities as needed.
