Job Title: Process Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Transformation Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and deploying standardized processes for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and controlling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deploy FP&A/Controlling Process Standards: Implement standardized processes for FP&A and controlling, ensuring consistency and integration across the organization.
  • End-to-End Business Process Design for Controlling: Ensure the consistent and integrated design of end-to-end business processes for the Controlling function.
  • Process Reference Model and KPIs: Collaborate with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to complete the Process Reference Model and develop key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Standardisation and Migration: Support the GPO in standardizing and migrating Controlling activities into Shared Service Center (SSC) scope.
  • Global Standard Template Enhancements and SAP Roll-out: Assist the GPO in enhancing the Global Standard Template for Controlling and participate in SAP roll-out activities globally.
  • Translation of Principles into IT Requirements: Translate principles, standards, and business rules into clear IT requirements.
  • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Controlling domain and develop business cases to support implementation.
  • Global Business Role /Authorizations Management: Assign business roles and authorizations to users and approve workflows for role assignment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Controlling/Corporate controlling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP ECC Finance and Controlling, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and oral.
