Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Awin. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with our existing clients, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage affiliate programs in the Polish and CEE markets, coordinating closely with other Awin departments.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and Awin products, providing expert training and support to clients.
  • Recruit new publishers and foster strong relationships with existing ones, driving collaboration and growth within managed affiliate programs.
  • Analyze program performance and create customized reports and analyses for assigned clients, contributing to internal projects and initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, proactively identifying opportunities and challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Represent Awin at client events, networking meetings, and training workshops, building strong relationships and promoting our services.


Requirements:


  • Excellent written and spoken Polish and English language skills, with a strong understanding of international business environments.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within affiliate networks, e-commerce, publishing, or media organizations.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, commission models, tracking solutions, and various affiliate channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, driving growth, and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
