Brand Partnership and Affiliate Marketing Manager

Mira's mission is to develop data-driven hormonal health solutions that empower women to make informed decisions throughout their lives. Their flagship product is the FDA-compliant at-home fertility monitor with quantitative technology, a breakthrough in the market.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Manager to join our team, responsible for expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies, including affiliate marketing agency collaborations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management within consumer products, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.
Responsibilities- Affiliate marketing partners management: oversee recruiting of new affiliates, manage the onboarding process, liaise with existing affiliates to answer their questions, control partners relevancy to program, set and manage KPIs. Research, develop and nurture a pipeline of key partners and affiliates who can significantly contribute to growth targets
- Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration. Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to understand brand needs for potential partnerships
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management. Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Effectively pitch, negotiate, and secure high-value partnership agreements that drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Create comprehensive business cases for potential partnerships and lead high-level negotiations
- Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Manage the partner execution of co-marketing campaigns through the launch of cross-functional initiatives
- Develop and manage internal asset and budgeting documents that give a real time view of partnership status
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships. Pulling research data such as Triple Whale, Google Analytics, and Social measuring tools for pre-sale strategy opportunities, and post-campaign insights
- Evangelize partnership programs internally to all key stakeholders
Requirements
- Understanding fundamentals of affiliate marketing. Proficiency in data analysis enables affiliate managers to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics
- Strong desire to proactively execute partnerships and own a significant portion of company growth
- 3+ years of experience in consumer product marketing building partnerships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Extremely strong project management skills and experience
- Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts
- Master networker with the ability to build and cultivate relationships
- Experience in developing integrated marketing plans
- Ability to create, manage and adhere to a budget
- Able to develop and move projects forward independently and autonomously
Details
The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and occasional overlap with the US team.
