Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our affiliate marketing team in Warsaw. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in digital marketing to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate programs in the Polish and CEE markets, working closely with other Awin departments to achieve exceptional results. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with existing clients, deepening their knowledge of industry trends and Awin products, and providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

You will also be responsible for recruiting new publishers, developing cooperation with current ones, and analyzing activities and projects to create reports and analyses for assigned clients. Additionally, you will take a proactive approach to customer service, identifying problems, new opportunities, and preparing recommendations and solutions with the help of other Awin teams.

Key Tasks Include:

  • Managing affiliate programs in the Polish and CEE markets - coordinating cooperation with other Awin departments.
  • Deepening knowledge related to industry trends and Awin products - conducting training sessions and meetings, providing support and ongoing assistance to clients in line with the agreed service level.
  • Recruiting new publishers and developing cooperation with current ones - ensuring an increase in the number and intensity of collaborations within the managed affiliate programs.
  • Analyzing activities and projects - creating reports and analyses for assigned clients and participating in internal projects using Asana, Tableau, Power BI, and SimilarWeb.
  • Taking a proactive approach to customer service - identifying problems, new opportunities, and preparing recommendations and solutions with the help of other Awin teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a good understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including commission models, tracking solutions, and various affiliate channels. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and a willingness to learn new technology systems is also essential.

Salary Range: 40,000 - 60,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including Flexi-Week, Health & Well Being, Remote Working Allowance, and Appreciation schemes.
