International Business Development Executive

For our international client from the Construction Sector, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to lead business development efforts in Poland. Key responsibilities include executing business development tasks in line with our company strategy and objectives, conducting market research, and analyzing projects and other companies for potential collaboration.
We require a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in projects related to the construction industry, a university degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or electrical), and excellent knowledge of the Polish and CEE construction market.
Other key requirements include:
- Business development and public procurement tender track record in Poland and CEE
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Availability for business trips
