Drive Business Growth with Hexe Capital S.A.

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Partner to join our team at Hexe Capital S.A. in shaping the company's strategic direction and growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

You will collaborate closely with our Executive team and Sales departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development, leveraging your extensive network and expertise to drive success.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our company's growth and success, working with a talented team of specialists and innovators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Conduct market and company analysis to identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the strategic direction of Hexe Capital S.A.
  • Collaborate with our Executive team and Sales departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions to drive client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales positions, with a proven track record of success in business development.
  • Extensive network of business contacts and a background in acquiring new clients.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, enabling effective international collaboration.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
