**Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Team.**

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with key retailers to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve commercial targets
  • Fostering strong relationships with retailers and their buying teams
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver brand strategies and meet organizational objectives

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, or fashion industry
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with digitally driven clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including:
