Salary Information
We offer a base salary between $7,200-$18,000 per year, along with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) between $30,000-$72,000 in the first year, with unlimited growth potential as you build and expand relationships.
Job Description
- Cultivate and expand client relationships, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions that meet their expectations.
- Engage in proactive business development through cold-calling, networking events, industry conferences, and other opportunities where you can connect with potential clients.
- Represent our services with authenticity, credibility, and a client-first attitude, ensuring successful placements with the support of our recruiting team.
- Drive sales and exceed revenue targets with no cap on commission, allowing you to earn limitless income based on your performance.
- Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio, supported by our ability to provide both U.S. and offshore staff.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3++ years of experience in Staffing and Recruiting Sales, with a proven track record of closing self-prospected deals and growing client accounts.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience generating, negotiating, and closing Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Placement Roles.
- Preferred experience in a Full-Desk role and selling Offshore Staffing services.
- A strong track record of consistently exceeding Sales quotas 100%+.
- Existing client relationships that can carry over and a knack for building trust quickly.
- A Type A personality with a competitive edge, ready to exceed expectations and earn significant income on a high-commission plan.
- The adaptability to connect with diverse clients and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote team environment.
- A high-energy, positive attitude, with the gift of gab and a love for selling staffing services.
