Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Promise Group, the largest Microsoft partner in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills and experience to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunting for New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients, focusing on Dell, Apple products, and a wide range of IT services offered by Promise Group.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their technological needs and challenges.
  • End-to-End Client Management: Conduct meetings, analyze customer needs, prepare tailored offers, and deliver compelling sales presentations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Agreement Coordination: Oversee the implementation and coordination of sales agreements, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and market movements to proactively create interest in our solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience: Proven track record in a sales position within the IT industry, with a strong emphasis on business development and hunting new clients.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to understand and effectively communicate the benefits of a diverse range of technologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ease of establishing contacts, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage your own time.
  • Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Passionate about achieving sales targets and building a positive market image for Promise Group.
  • Language Proficiency: Knowledge of English at a B2/C1 level is essential.

Estimated Salary:
