HR Business Development Manager - International Humanitarian Organization

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Development Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives across four countries: Poland, Moldova, Hungary, and Romania.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment processes and guide hiring managers throughout the entire staffing process.
  • Supervise and validate payroll-related documents prepared by HR service providers for all four countries.
  • Create and maintain internal communication channels and tools with staff on HR-specific projects.
  • Advise and support line managers in executing their people management accountabilities.
  • Coach and assist HR service providers within the team on various HR-related matters.
  • Develop and monitor the annual HR budget.
Requirements:
  • Fluent spoken and written English (B2 minimum).
  • A minimum of 4-6 years overall professional experience in the HR field.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within and outside of the EU.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR administration, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, staff health and safety, and employee engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or Organization Development.

Estimated Salary:

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated monthly salary for this position is approximately 8,500 PLN - 12,000 PLN (gross) depending on qualifications and experience.
