At Avon, we're seeking a Business Development Manager to establish long-term business relationships with retail clients and identify new opportunities for growth. As part of our sales team, you will work closely with other members to build organizational synergy and successfully close sales cycles.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer relationships with retailers, understanding their needs to win and create plans to manage both Avon and customer expectations.
  • Find and onboard new retailers, both offline and online, to Avon.
  • Prepare negotiation strategies to achieve business goals, such as terms of cooperation negotiation.
  • Monitor competition activities and be responsible for promo budget and promotion results, including merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales and key KPIs based on available reports and tools, as well as driving growth hacking initiatives.
  • Be responsible for creating and implementing budget plans, taking into account the omnichannel environment.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position with proven success, preferably in the cosmetics industry and drogerias.
  • Experience with both offline and online clients.
  • Ability to plan and organize work and set priorities.
  • Solid experience in driving channel strategy and selecting business priorities.
  • High negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Creativity and flexibility, with the ability to create aggregated reports and make independent decisions based on acquired data.
  • Ease in establishing interpersonal contacts.
  • English speaking.
  • Open to frequent travel.
