Business Development Executive for European Markets

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. in Central Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors, leveraging their expertise in influential networking and prospecting.
In this role, you will initiate new business relationships, develop strong existing ones, and cultivate a pipeline of new business opportunities through various sales channels.
You will deliver personal business targets, contribute to overall new business growth, and support the development of bid responses, case studies, customer testimonials, past performance, accreditations, and marketing collateral.
Key responsibilities include managing prospects/customer enquiries, attending customer briefings, and preparing high-quality presentation materials.
To succeed in this role, you must have an excellent understanding of the logistics industry, particularly contract logistics and 3PL. A broad network across Europe is essential, as well as the ability to nurture and develop relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
A proven track record of lead generation, project management, and project qualification, along with delivering new business sales, is crucial. Experience in creating and presenting solutions and commercial proposals is also necessary.
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
