Business Development Executive for Dry Coolers in Eastern Europe

You'll collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams, utilizing your strategic thinking and creativity to develop and execute integrated sales campaigns, contributing to both the profitability and positive visibility of Kelvion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth sales strategy in Eastern Europe, focused on serving and expanding the customer base within dry coolers.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of all sales activities in Eastern Europe, primarily through distributors, integrators, and contractors.
  • Work closely with consultants to specify projects.
  • Regularly assess the sales performance of distributors and integrators.
  • Provide leadership and support for distributors and integrators to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with Kelvion's vision and strategic objectives within the dry cooler business.
  • Create accurate forecasts of Order Intake and growth opportunities according to company standards.
  • Develop opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales back office and application engineers to follow up on calculations and quotes, including performing technical quotations.
  • Lead technical and commercial negotiations of contracts if necessary.
  • Monitor Eastern European markets and trends related to the dry cooler business.
  • Generate leads and interests, observe market and competition.
  • Handle orders and hand them over to operations if needed.

Requirements:

  • Several years (5-7) of professional experience in Sales and Business Development, with experience in the HVAC market being a plus.
  • Fluent communication in English, with knowledge of other Eastern European languages being an asset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and the ability to use a CRM system.
  • Experience in B2B environments, working with distributors, integrators, and Kas.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Self-starter.
  • Good communication skills with different customer levels and departments, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
