Business Development Manager for Central Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners across Central Europe and the Balkans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote our product portfolio and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management within the Wholesale, Convenience, Retail, Petrol chains, and HoReCa sectors
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering customized products tailored to client needs
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with proficiency in other languages an advantage
  • Ability to travel frequently within European markets
