About the Role
">GOLDMAN RECRUITMENT is seeking a highly skilled Chief Commercial Officer to join their team in Europe.
">Job Overview:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 50+ professionals and managing sales exceeding €250 million annually.
">Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Drive business expansion into selected European markets, develop new opportunities, and win new business.">
- Team Management: Manage a distributed team across Poland and European markets, including recruitment, goal-setting, motivation, and appraisal.">
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service: Oversee sales, marketing, customer service, product development, and procurement functions.">
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies, including lead generation, distributor network building, CRM, and organic growth strategies.">
- Market Awareness: Build market awareness of the brand and products through events and conferences.">
- Competition Monitoring: Continuously monitor competition activities.">
- P&L Responsibility: Responsible for the P&L of the Sales and Marketing organization.">
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Logistic functions.">
Requirements:

- Education: University degree required.">
- Travel Requirements: Open to business travel in Poland and Europe.">
- Customer Focus: Passionate about understanding customer needs.">
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business development roles in international B2B environments.">
- Industry Experience: Experience in industries like HVAC, energy sector equipment, or building materials is a strong asset.">
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.">
