Payroll Administrator

Adecco Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and calculate payroll information for salaried and hourly employees across European locations.
  • Prepare accounting of salaries, wages, commissions, and incentive payments.
  • Confirm accuracy of time sheets and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare standard withholdings and deductions from gross pay amounts.
  • Balance payroll records and prepare tax payments.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure a streamlined experience for employees.
  • Review and reconcile data entered by team members prior to payroll processing.
  • Prepare reports for the Payroll Manager and other teams.
  • Perform month-end reporting procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external procedures.
  • Assist in year-end reconciliation processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in payroll.
  • Team-oriented with strong English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent PC skills, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes in Switzerland, Ireland, UK, or Poland a plus.
  • Knowledge of Workday system.
