Make a meaningful impact in Arla's End User Computing team as an Application Management Specialist.

As a key member of our Infrastructure Services Department, you will play a vital role in streamlining our application deployment processes, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient software distribution throughout the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing scenarios for testing application packages
  • Supporting the preparation and transfer of traditional packages to modern ways of working
  • Providing technical support on design, implementation, and maintenance of all facets of application management solutions
  • Performing analysis of current deployments to detect potential vulnerabilities
  • Supporting the team in managing all aspects of Windows 10/11 during its lifecycle, Configuration Manager, Autopilot, and Co-management solutions
  • Understanding preparing, developing, deploying, and maintaining dedicated desktop operating systems images and applications packages for Configuration Manager, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions
  • Understanding security, compliance, and licensing capabilities

What makes you successful

The ideal candidate for this role will combine deep technical expertise with a set of distinct personal qualities that are essential for success:

  • Extensive knowledge of application packaging solutions (MSI, MSIX) dedicated for Configuration Manager, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop
  • At least 3-year hands-on IT experience (at least 1-year experience with preparing and deploying application packages and dedicated OS images)
  • Advanced scripting knowledge (task automation)
  • Knowledge of design, delivery, and maintenance lifecycles
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and related policies
  • Knowledge of managing Windows 10/11 and Autopilot solutions
  • Understanding of ITIL and Agile processes (possess ITIL and SAFE certification - nice to have)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
  • Detailed-oriented team player with a strong technology background
  • Configuration Manager / Modern Desktop / Windows 10/11 certifications are nice to have
  • Education at Master's level within Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
  • Experience from working in a multicultural and global environment/company
