We are seeking a Senior Technical Solution Lead to join our team in Stryker Poland Services sp. z o.o.

About the Role:

The Senior Technical Solution Lead will be responsible for designing, building, and testing activities for Stryker's Field Inventory Operations. This role will involve distributing responsibilities across Projects and Release Cycles. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for delivering approved projects through the project management framework. The Sr. Technical Solution Lead needs to produce detailed technical documents, configure and/or develop within assigned applications, and understand the overall design and architecture of a platform to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform activities following Stryker's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.
  2. Responsible for the technical design, architecture, and implementation of the WebOps application to support Stryker's global field inventory needs.
  3. Technical Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within a Shared Service Platform/application stack.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve systems process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies.
  5. Support the business and recommend holistic solutions that integrate existing technical standards with business needs and processes.
  6. Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance.
  7. Develop system and technical documentation.
  8. Work with IS teams and business teams to deliver business solutions.
  9. Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack.
  10. Lead and mentor Solution Analysts within the team and provide oversight and guidance.
  11. Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities, and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.
  12. Special projects/assignments as required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
  2. Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
  3. Experience in leading teams of resources for projects, minimum 3 years.
  4. Proficiency with SQL and Web Services required.
  5. Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, such as .NET and AWS preferred.
  6. Strong technical expertise in web application development, system design, and IT infrastructure preferred.
  7. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) preferred.
  8. Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts – strategy, planning, vendor selection, and implementation planning.
  9. Knowledge of and ability to drive IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Development is preferred.
  10. Ability to analyze business situations.
  11. Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail.
  12. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  13. Experience in design and deployment of regulated applications.
  14. Demonstrated ability to work cohesively across a cross-functional and matrixed organization.
  15. Strong knowledge of PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents).
  16. Ability to drive initiatives and projects independently from start to finish.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
