Job Description

The Director of Global Support Excellence will be responsible for managing a team of technical experts, overseeing customer support operations, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of support managers and technical account managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, increase efficiency, and reduce support costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in software support or technical services.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing support costs.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and strategic thinking skills.
  • A strong passion for customer-centricity, innovation, and teamwork.
