Sales Backoffice Agent with English

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Backoffice Agent with English language proficiency to join our team at LeasingTeam Group. As a Sales Backoffice Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify, manage, and activate leads/trials to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Process orders from customers, sales reps, and partners accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and contract regulations.
- Clean and maintain our database by updating records, qualifying or disqualifying accounts, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Handle administrative tasks for Key Account Management, including communication with customers, partners, and internal team members.
- Participate in team and sales events, such as trade fairs, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Support the organization with special projects, data analysis, process documentation improvement, customer reconciliation, and collection.
- Sales experience is an added advantage.
- Customer and service orientation are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is required.
- Confident handling of ERP systems and CRM software like MS Dynamics365 is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary, with German knowledge being an added advantage.
- Friendly and confident demeanor, high reliability, and passion for details are essential.
- Proactive and solution-oriented thinking is required.
- Identify and resolve problems, provide feedback in a timely manner, and have industry knowledge of the automotive repair, automotive, and/or software industries.
- Employment contract, full-time.
- Fully remote work, with an office in Warsaw to be created in the future.
- Monday to Friday, start work at 8-9 am.
- Multisport card, medical care in Luxmed, and insurance.
- Individual further training measures.
- Special events, celebrations, employee incentives, formal and spot recognitions, and awards.
