Job Title: Sales Assistant with English and German

LeasingTeam Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving their monthly sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English and German.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Verifying and managing leads/trials
  • Processing orders from customers, sales reps, and partners
  • Cleaning the database by updating records, qualifying or disqualifying accounts
  • Handling administrative tasks for Key Account Management
  • Communicating with customers, partners, and internal team members
  • Participating in team and sales events
  • Supporting the organization with special projects, data analysis, process documentation, and customer reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Confident handling of ERP systems and CRM software like MS Dynamics365
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • English at an advanced level, knowledge of German is an added advantage
  • Friendly and confident demeanor with high reliability and passion for details
  • Proactive and solution-oriented thinking
  • Identifying and resolving problems, providing feedback in a timely manner
  • Industry knowledge of the automotive repair, automotive, and/or software industries, personal interest or technical understanding of vehicles or subscription-based software is a plus
