Job Title: Sales Backoffice Agent with English

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Backoffice Agent with English to join our team at LeasingTeam Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify, manage, and activate leads/trials
  • Process orders from customers, sales reps, and partners accurately and efficiently
  • Clean the database by updating records, qualifying or disqualifying accounts
  • Handle administrative tasks for Key Account Management
  • Communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members
  • Participate in team and sales events
  • Support the organization with special projects, data analysis, process documentation, and customer reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Confident handling of ERP systems and CRM software like MS Dynamics365
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • English at an advanced level (main language of the company), knowledge of German is an added advantage
  • Friendly and confident demeanor with high reliability and passion for details
  • Proactive and solution-oriented thinking
  • Identify and resolve problems, provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Industry knowledge of automotive repair, automotive, and/or software industries, personal interest or technical understanding of vehicles or subscription-based software is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Employment contract, full-time
  • Fully remote, with an office in Warsaw to be created
  • Monday to Friday, start work at 8-9 am
