About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AP Accountant to join our core team at Husqvarna Group's Shared Service Centre in Warsaw. As a key player, you will be responsible for establishing best-in-class service delivery and stabilizing daily AP operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish the new SSC in Warsaw, driving operational excellence in finance.
  • Participate in setting up centralized processes in the PTP area.
  • Take part in transitions of PTP processes from global entities.
  • Ensure smooth running of AP processes, including internal controls preparation.
  • Deliver payables activities such as invoice posting, processing, payments, and vendor contact.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation, analysis, and review of balance sheet items.
  • Verify correctness and completeness of data, reports, and statements, analyzing deviations.
  • Prepare monthly, annual, and quarterly reports, along with other management-required documents.
  • Maintain and enhance MS Dynamics/SAP structure in line with business needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Assure process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar position as P2P, PTP, AP Accountant in an SSC/BPO environment.
  • Hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting qualifications.
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics is essential; SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity, and change.
  • Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Strong team player.
