We are seeking an exceptional Senior Strategic Project Manager to join our team at T-Mobile Polska S.A.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategy and project management to drive business growth and success. As a Senior Strategic Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects that require cross-functional cooperation and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Analysis: Prepare comprehensive strategic analyses for senior stakeholders, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with the Management Board, Senior Leadership team, and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and seamless collaboration.
  • KPIs and Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, driving organizational performance and results.
  • Agile Methodologies: Leverage agile principles and methodologies to optimize project delivery, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Possess at least 5-7 years of experience in strategy and complex project management, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Adaptability and Time Management: Show adaptability in a dynamic work environment, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including C-suite members, and communicate effectively with them.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication competencies, demonstrated through teamwork, motivating teams, and driving organizational change.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Have in-depth knowledge of best practices in project management and product development, including agile methodologies in large organizations.
  • Language Proficiency: Speak English fluently.
