Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Advantech, you will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects in the Polish and EEU markets. Your primary responsibility will be to drive inside sales with a high customer focus and build long-lasting relationships with small and medium-sized players in these markets.

Your key tasks will include developing end-user accounts with the best in-house solutions, building strong relationships with customers, and providing them with tailor-made products that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for increasing existing accounts, generating classified leads for your Account Manager colleagues, and co-organizing sales campaigns with marketing teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent customer sensitivity, pleasant communication skills, and the ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into customer value. A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is required, as well as experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, or marketing. Fluency in Polish and English is essential, with Hungarian or Czech being a plus.
