About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our Global Cocoa Region team. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will be responsible for driving financial operational activities, including month-end closing, actuals reporting, and creation of outlook/forecast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the FP&A team to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional and group FP&A teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial models and tools to drive business decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of finance tools, such as SAP, Tagetik, and PowerBI.
