  • As a Sales Excellence Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Create customized proposals and presentations to showcase our offerings and address customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
  • Foster a positive company image by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business success.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience in direct telephone sales or a related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional proficiency in one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish) being a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • A creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.
  • A great sense of humor and a positive attitude towards work and collaboration.
