Job Title: HR Business Advisor

Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced HR Business Advisor to join our team in Poland. As an HR Business Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and teams, focusing on employee relations, change management, and leadership coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders and teams on employee relations, change management, and leadership coaching.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, change management, and leadership coaching.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
