Accounting and Financial Expertise

As a Senior Accountant at Ecolab, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. You will be responsible for supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts using SAP and reporting in accordance with US-GAAP and Swiss statutory requirements. This includes close collaboration with GBS and other COE's and functions, as well as supporting coding, payments, reconciliations, and resolving issues. You will also monitor recurring manual journal entries and act as a liaison for internal and external audits. Additionally, you will lead or support financial projects and prepare and follow up on withholding tax reimbursement requests.

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need 3-7 years' experience in international accounting, finance, and/or tax, ideally with large MNE or 'big 4 audit' companies. You will also need solid analytical and communication skills, the ability to organize and work efficiently, and proficiency with Excel and SAP.
