Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Customer Solutions Engineering team in the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean region. As the Head of Customer Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing the team, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee the CSE scope of work across the EEM region.
  • Analyze market trends and technologies to inform solution development and operational improvements.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for CSE growth and improvement, aligning with business targets and engineering excellence principles.
  • Represent the CSE function in high-stakes customer meetings, influencing project specifications and identifying customer needs.
  • Lead cost management initiatives, applying total costing principles to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prioritize customer safety in all solutions.
  • Represent the CSE function in KONE's product standardization forums.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across Front Line, Area, and Global teams.
