Project Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Portfolio Manager to join our team at Euroclear. As a key member of our Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal management of our IT investments, aligning them with our corporate, strategic, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective portfolio management processes to ensure fit-for-purpose governance and optimal mix of portfolio investments.
- Supervise delivery plans for solution delivery and value/benefits realization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Contribute to driving resource management process maturity through active participation in quarterly business reviews (QBR).
- Analyze and report on portfolio performance, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Actively participate in bi-annual portfolio planning with Enterprise Architecture and take full responsibility for quarterly corporate portfolio reporting.
- Educate and coach stakeholders on portfolio management processes, leading conflicts and generating motivation and commitment across stakeholders.
- Support portfolio decision-making on new project initiations, creating a forward-looking view of the pipeline in the context of multi-year planning and corporate budgeting.
- Hands-on portfolio management experience, with practical awareness of adoption challenges in implementing portfolio processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to distill key messages and investigate points of attention/problems.
- Ability to build a network across the organization to deliver across domains, using persuasion and influencing skills to get required support.
- Autonomously deal with tensions and disputes, seeking consensus and benefit for the company.
- Find the right balance between implementing rules and processes and demonstrating flexibility/service orientation.
- Commitment to continuous process improvement with a sense of purpose attitude.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
