Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our Global Mobility team in Poland.
About the Role
The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining positive client relationships and addressing inquiries from KPMG offices and clients worldwide. They will also coordinate with the KPMG delivery center to prepare and analyze reports (Excel, Alteryx, etc.). Additionally, they will support the preparation and delivery of client meetings, including organizing materials, work with teams to create and manage processes, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and support the KPMG network in meeting client deadlines and achieving key performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a university degree
- experience in global mobility tax (Big 4 experience welcome), ideally in project/engagement management or a reporting role
- fluency in English (additional skills in French, German, or Spanish are a plus)
- proficient in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and the MS Office suite; familiarity with PowerPoint and/or Power BI is advantageous
- strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues clearly and develop effective, creative solutions for clients
- highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- ability to engage effectively with colleagues across various professional levels, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- essential for interacting effectively in a global context, with flexibility to work across diverse cultural approaches and time zones
