Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver exceptional customer service training programs that enhance employee skills and drive business success
- Conduct engaging seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to foster a culture of service excellence
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs across various departments and teams
- Mentor and support new hires during their onboarding process to ensure seamless integration
- Manage attendance records and maintain relevant documentation to track progress
- Partner with Lean Experts to conduct Lean trainings and workshops that drive operational efficiency
- Create compelling educational content, such as module summaries, videos, and resources, to support employee development
- Design effective training programs that align with business goals and objectives
We seek a seasoned professional with:
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Optimization or Service Excellence as a trainer
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable institution
- Advanced MS Office skills and expertise
- Proficiency in English (C1 level minimum)
- A self-driven, proactive, and flexible mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a constructive approach to challenges
- A sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks
- A team player with a can-do attitude
