This role is a cornerstone of Ryanair's success, delivering exceptional customer service and connecting travelers to over 40 countries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and professional support to Ryanair passengers via various communication channels.
- Take ownership of complex queries and have a resolution mindset.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other service-related issues.
- Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Education to third level and an excellent level of English.
- Experience in a customer service environment and a passion for problem-solving.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Effective communication, both written and verbally.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently.
