This role is a cornerstone of Ryanair's success, delivering exceptional customer service and connecting travelers to over 40 countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional support to Ryanair passengers via various communication channels.
  • Take ownership of complex queries and have a resolution mindset.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other service-related issues.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
  • Education to third level and an excellent level of English.
  • Experience in a customer service environment and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbally.
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently.
