The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Experience Team at Worldline, a leading FinTech company. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of payments and providing exceptional support to our merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve issues in our ticket queues and alerts
  • Respond to support requests through our Helpdesk application and telephone
  • Provide timely and effective support, meeting our service level agreements and internal KPIs

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a technical support role
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Interest in programming languages such as Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Eclipse
  • Previous experience in the payment industry, with a strong understanding of our products and services
