Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This is a key role that will drive successful project outcomes, ensuring the solutions align with business objectives and deliver strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
  • Manage full lifecycle projects from initiation to completion
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that align with business objectives
  • Drive strategic insights through data analysis and reporting
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage full lifecycle projects
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits
  • Proficiency in using Oracle HCM Cloud tools, such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and Configuration Package
  • Familiarity with other Oracle HCM modules, such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Time & Labor, and Payroll
  • Ability to create detailed reports and analytics within Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience with Oracle Fast Formulae, REST APIs, and Oracle Security Console
  • Understanding of Oracle Redwood UX design and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
