We are seeking an experienced Senior Taxation Specialist to join our multinational team in Krakow. As a key member of our Shared Service Center, you will play a crucial role in aligning local GAAP with IFRS, working closely with external advisors, auditors, and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare statutory reports in accordance with Local GAAP, including related disclosures and explanatory notes.
  • Interpret and apply local accounting standards, manage additional reporting requirements (such as CbCR), and promote enhancements in compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external service providers for corporate tax computations and filing of tax returns.
  • Facilitate external audits by coordinating with auditors and ensuring the timely delivery of required documentation.
  • Prepare group tax notes for the consolidated financial statements and jointly oversee regular group tax reporting.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates strong accounting proficiency, serving as a central point of coordination among various stakeholders.
  • Professional experience in areas related to CIT.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in the area of taxation and consolidation.
  • Possesses extensive practical expertise in accounting, tax compliance, reporting, and statutory filings within an international context, including oversight of local compliance for European jurisdictions and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculations.
  • Deeply knowledgeable and experienced in complex group tax reporting, financial consolidation, with advanced skills in SAP and Excel.
