Responsibilities
- Ensuring support to local market organizations in terms of invoice inquiries.
- Ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP Helpdesk services to maintain relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders.
- Responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolving issues and ensuring that problems are handled promptly.
- Performing analysis of invoices in the process.
- Supporting coordination of the work of the BPO provider for the AP Helpdesk.
- Supporting the team leader in further developing the team.
- Working on process improvements and participating in projects and initiatives when required.
