Job Title: Procurement Processes Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Processes Manager to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement-related projects, improving processes, and providing support to larger procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement-related projects, focusing on establishing and/or improving processes and overall enablement.
  • Connect with stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned to their objectives.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with internal clients, ensuring good communication across all relevant functions to deliver business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, providing regular project overview and status updates to leadership.
  • Initiate market research as needed.
  • Perform problem-solving functions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Review project requests, filter, and prioritize for the team.
  • Assist in developing project management tools and templates.
  • Mentor team members on project management methodologies.
  • Identify potential risks to projects and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience (direct and indirect).
  • 3+ years of project management and process improvement experience.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Risk Management experience is preferred.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
