About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Administer service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and device databases in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with business partners to deliver high-quality services.
  • Meet agreed-upon KPIs for service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills (B2 or C1 level).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Quick perception and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other CRM systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of other European languages is also beneficial.
