Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated Data-Driven Sales Analyst to join its Kraków team. As a valued member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Field Sales team by drafting contracts, resolving various administrative tasks, and maintaining close communication with field sales teams and other departments.

This role requires relocation to Krakow, Poland, with a relocation package included according to our rules and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with local Sales Teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient information exchange.
  • Extract customer databases from internal applications to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Support the preparation of various contract types for clients or distributors.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests from the Sales team in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the implementation status of multiple sales activities and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • University degree in a relevant field.
    • Proficiency in English and Romanian.
    • Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry is an asset.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Romanian.
    • A results-oriented, team player with a positive attitude and strong analytical skills.
    • Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory, while proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or MS Access is a plus.
    • A self-motivated individual who can adapt to new situations and is eager to develop their skills according to role requirements.

Estimated Salary Range: Based on market standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be between $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
