Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure personnel administration and payroll services are processed accurately and timely, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Establish quality control procedures to guarantee zero-error delivery of data and documents to internal or external stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily team performance, ensuring direct reports meet individual tasks, deadlines, and deliver according to established standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve employee journey processes and best practices across all jurisdictions.
  • Maintain timely and accurate data administration of HR systems.
  • Provide up-to-date and accurate information to employees on HR-related inquiries.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR Shared Services Team success.

Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in HR Shared Services, focusing on employee journey management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, developing high-performing teams, and creating positive working relationships across the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, immigration regulations, HR best practices, and total compensation analytics methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders across different departments and geographies.
