As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Nielsen, you will play a vital role in managing our company's cash flow and building strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to analyze data, and fluency in both English and Italian.
Key Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, including monitoring customer accounts, tracking outstanding payments, and resolving invoice discrepancies. They will also be required to proactively contact customers to pursue outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable Management:
- Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding payments.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute customer statements.
Cash Collection and Customer Service:
- Proactively contact customers to pursue outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes.
- Escalate delinquent accounts to internal stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
