We are seeking an Administrative Management Associate to support various functions within our organization, including client billing, counterparty management, HR, payroll, financial administration, and IT support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating monthly client billing and partner costs, assisting in issuing client invoices, and communicating with clients and partners regarding billing matters.
The role also involves providing administrative support to the Head of Operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping, as well as maintaining and reconciling financial records and supporting bookkeeping activities.
