About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our Warsaw office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners.




  • Develop a network of intermediaries from scratch through market research and cold calling, with the goal of leveraging maximum revenue potential.
  • Understand the client's needs and present appropriate solutions to help grow our partners' businesses, while achieving personal and monetary goals.
  • Enjoy building new relationships with a client acquisition mindset, with excellent communication and social skills, face-to-face, via telephone, and email.
  • Experience in B2B partner-facing (or client-facing) functions, ideally in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales, particularly with a focus on the Accountancy or Financial Services markets, would be advantageous.
  • Structured approach to conduct market research, planning, and organisation skills.
  • Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a demonstrated ability to understand and assess new opportunities.
  • Business fluent in English and fluent Polish language knowledge.
